Early design concepts are sketched over CAD-derived mechanical packages to ensure the feasibility of a design route. These concepts are taken into 3D very early through sketch modelling to ensure the best possible solution in terms of aesthetic, ergonomic and manufacturing viability.
Using this process reduces the possibility of compromise later in the design process. Physical models can also be used in consumer testing and always help communication between all parties.
