The design is developed in CAD, applying the chosen visual concept and functionality from the design stage. Ergonomic and manufacturing considerations are kept firmly in focus during this phase of work to ensure that any prototypes made are as close as possible to production parts.

When necessary we liaise with suppliers to obtain some early visibility of manufacturing costs.

To assist in the development stage of the design, testing may also be required. This can either be done in-house or out-sourced depending on requirements.

Development Methods:
White light scanning
CAD 3D Modelling
CAD Visuals
Mechanical design
FEA Analysis (in-house or outsourced depending on requirement)
Electronic design (out sourced)
