During the development stage we liaise with them to help optimise a design for a given process. This ensures we achieve the lowest possible part cost while maintaining a high level of quality.

Production documentation in both 2D and 3D formats can be supplied defining all aspects from material specification through to manufacturing tolerances, surface finish and assembly procedures.

Supporting documentation including instruction manuals, reference materials and packaging can all be provided to ensure an efficient route to market.

3D First Article Inspection of manufactured components can be provided to make sure components meet design specifications. We also work closely with manufacturers during the early stages of production to ensure a smooth transition for our clients.
