A cup of tea, a pencil and paper and an open-minded discussion is a good, maybe the best, place to start on any design problem. However, in addition to these we have a number of other tools on hand to help explore both problems and solutions.

Solidworks enables us to quickly create 3D models from initial sketches. It can export eDrawings, allowing us to generate full 3D models for clients.

We create both White and Blue foam models to a high level of finish throughout the design process both as “3D sketches” to explore or develop an idea and to communicate design solutions in a tangible format that is not possible with 2D drawings or renderings.

We have tools to enable the scanning of physical objects such as foam models into 3D data, not only as point clouds but fully rationalized useable surfaces.

Used for creating presentations and design documents in addition to producing early renderings using a combination of Foam model, CAD data and Photoshop.

We have a well-equipped workshop that includes an NC milling machine, a lathe, bobbin & disk sanders, a pillar drill, a band saw and a wealth of hand tools.
